Faena Residences Miami emerges from the collaboration between Faena’s artistic vision and the architecture of Rafael Viñoly. On the banks of the Miami River, two towers will be connected by a two-story cultural epicenter of approximately 45,000 ft², within a 14-acre district. The concept combines residential life, art, culture and hospitality in a new urban landmark.
More than an address, the project proposes a way to experience Miami from the water, with views of the city and coastline, proximity to restaurants, galleries and entertainment, and a connection to the Brickell corridor.
