Biophilia and Signature Design
Samanea reverses the logic of design: rather than adding greenery to a finished building, it begins with the garden. Rodrigo Oliveira's biophilic landscaping, drawing on 27 years of work alongside Idea!Zarvos, shapes permeability and greenery across the floors and façade. The architecture is by Greg Bousquet of Architects Office, and the name comes from Samanea Saman, a tree native to the Americas. True to the DNA of Idea!Zarvos, the launch takes place in a cultural gallery open to the neighborhood, rather than a sales showroom.
In Pinheiros, Samanea is an address for those with a discerning eye: proportion, materiality and location define a property's true value here, far beyond the floor area on a plan.
Architecture by Greg Bousquet (Architects Office) and biophilic landscaping by Rodrigo Oliveira. Five categories of residences, from lofts with high ceilings to triplexes at the top of the tower, with more than thirty layouts and floor areas ranging from 73 to 598 m².
